If you’ve been reading The Happiest Home for a while, you may remember me talking about my friend Kate Hanley. Kate – known online as Ms. Mindbody – is a life coach, yogi, author, as well as a mom of two young kids.
This month Kate has a great program going on for those of us who sometimes feel stressed by the pace of family life. It’s a tele-retreat called the Virtual Chill Tour, and I’m honored to be one of the guests this week. In our interview, Kate asks me to share my number one tip for beating stress, so you can have more time and energy to get to the really good stuff.
