When I asked my kids what they wanted for Christmas, Jacob, 16, said that he’d like underwear.
Seriously. Shopping for teenagers can really be surprising!
He didn’t need to bother asking, anyway – undies have always found their way into the kids’ stockings since Jacob was first out of diapers.
This year, we’re opting for Hanes underwear for the kids – and I’m going to splurge on a few pair for myself, too. I love Hanes…not just because of their product, but because last year, when we started our panty project for the local mission, they donated a TON of undies (men, women and children). We have a woman who works at the mission and we started doing this because she came to us and told us she’d come to the point she had no undies to give a woman who showed up with NOTHING at all. Our whole team started collecting in the fall and Lori Falcon reached out to Hanes for us. They stepped up big time and I’ll always be grateful.

I can’t decide which of these giveaways is better!! Underwear is always a “splurge” purchase for me, hence extra special! And with a newly potty-trained little girl, undies are formost in all our minds!
